A Walk Through Historic Ngaio
2025 is the centenary of the Ngaio Town Hall, and the walk will take in even older buildings and sites of interest nearby.
Walkers gather for morning tea at the historic Khandallah Automatic Telephone Exchange, home of the Onslow Historical Society then set off for an hour or so’s walk through historic Ngaio, past 19th century cottages, grand houses and sites of historic interest. The moderate walk will be on paved surfaces.
Health & Safety
Morning tea will be wet or fine, bring coat and umbrella for walk if necessary.
Please wear good shoes and dress for the weather. The tour may be cancelled in bad weather.
