Four historic world war one planes line up on a grassy field

Bygone Era of Wings and Wheels

Celebrate Hood Aerodrome’s historical and cultural value with historic WWI aircraft, displays of vintage vehicles, aviation-themed experiences, and more!

Coinciding with The Vintage Aviator's first flying weekend of the season, this event highlights vintage aircraft, skilled pilots, and support from Legend Aviation to showcase the unique aviation heritage of Hood Aerodrome.

Along with these historic aircraft, with some designs from the First World War, you'll also be able to see vintage vehicles and farm equipment, enjoy a snack from the food trucks, and discover the incredible stories of the Hood Aerodrome. The latest viewing area to watch the aircraft in motion will also be open.

Come along for an unforgettable family day out!

Please note: No dogs are allowed at this event. Tickets are cash only - please bring money with you.
