We are challenging Upper Hutt residents to come to the Cottage and learn about the history of their street/neighbourhood.
The information is contained in a new book: "Upper Hutt Streets-the stories behind their names" by Researcher Lynly Lessels Yates. (Proceeds from the book's sales go to Golder Cottage.)
Lynly will be in attendance on October 23 and 28.
We have a wheelchair ramp for access to the Cottage proper. The Upstairs children's bedrooms are not accessible for wheel chairs.
