Māoriland Film Festival presents: Special programme of films made in Ōtaki

The history of the celebrated Māoriland Film Festival (maorilandfilm.co.nz) has its origins in some of the earliest filmmaking in New Zealand. Come and watch the story of Māoriland, along with a special programme of films made in Ōtaki over the past 100 years.

The Wellington Heritage Festival proudly presents a special programme of films at the Māoriland Hub. The films are: - Te Hokinga Mai o Ngā Taonga Whitiāhua ki Raukawa - The Lawnmower Men of Kapu - The Gravedigger of Kapu - Ruarangi - Tuia Ngā Here - Brolesque

Followed by a kōrero by Māoriland filmmaker Libby Hakaraia, with questions from the audience.

1st screening - 10am Kōrero with Libby - 11:30-12:30pm 2nd screening - 1pm Kōrero with Libby - 2:30-3:30pm
