Rita Angus and the Bolton Street Cemetery

Join this guided tour to find out about the Bolton Street Cemetery's special connection with the sketches and paintings of Rita Angus, who lived in Thorndon.

The well-known artist paid close attention to the upheaval of the construction of the urban motorway, and this tour follows the trail of the headstones she sketched and used in her paintings.
