Event Host Application 2025

Thank you to all of you who submitted a Registration of Interest! Your next step is to complete an Event Application form for each unique event you are hosting. This is required.

This year, we will order our website's event list by submission date. If you submit early, your event will get more visibility.

To see what is required for the Application before filling it out, click through the tabs in the form (after hitting "Begin").

All applications received before the end of June will be included in our printed programme, which is shared around the region. Later applications will still be displayed on our website and social media.
