Event Host Registration of Interest

Registrations of Interest in becoming an Event Host for Wellington Heritage Festival 2025, running from Saturday 18th October to Sunday 9th November, are now closed.

Our Festival is back for another exciting year, and now with more time than ever allocated to sharing events around Te Upoko-o-te-Ika-a-Māui / the Greater Wellington Region.

We encourage event hosts to showcase a unique and interesting story, person, or place from the Greater Wellington region. It is free to be an event host.

Registrations of Interest are now closed for 2025. Thank you to those of you who completed this form!

To finalise your submission to our Festival, please complete the Event Host Application form below. This step is required. You may only complete this form if you completed a Registration of Interest form earlier or if you have directly contacted our team at events@wellingtonheritagefestival.nz.

Only Event Host Applications received before June 30th will be in our printed brochure. Later applications may be accepted if you have contacted our team, but they will only be displayed on our website and social media.
