You will be taken on a unique guided tour of this historic building, including the back of house, which is usually actors only! Learn about the fascinating building move from 7 Harris Street to 1 Taranaki Street – including how the facade of 120-year-old Westport Chambers was trucked across the road and the new theatre built in behind it.

Walking tour with stairs to the upper floor. Working theatre, can include moving props and people. Please wear good shoes and dress for the weather. The tour may be cancelled in bad weather.
