Celebrate Georgina Beyer’s trailblazing courage. Join us on a walking tour through Wellington to honour her impact – locally, nationally and globally.

In 2004, Georgina Beyer, the first openly transgender MP in the world, famously confronted members of Destiny Church during the Enough Is Enough rally declaring, “Your hatred is totally intolerable!” Never a bystander, Georgina made a significant impact locally, nationally and internationally. Join us on this special 90-minute walk tour visiting key central Wellington sites that shaped her life and legacy.
