First St Pauls (1844) and Wakefield’s House in Government Reserve - from Eccleston Hill. (Robert Park) 1844-1848 Ref A-090-007. EGW’s house shipped out from London, assembled in Petone, floated over and reassembled. Later moved off-site for soap factory. OSP timbers used in mortuary chapel.

The distance is approximately 2.5 km length. As the route is all on pavement, track shoes or similarly comfortable walking shoes are fine. The walk will be postponed or cancelled if weather is unsuitable.
