Health & Safety
Latin Events Welly is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and well-managed event for all attendees, exhibitors, performers and volunteers. We will follow our event Health and Safety Plan, including:
- Waste Management Plan by Non-Stop Solutions to ensure the venue remains clean and safe. - Crowd Management Plan by Volunteer Team assisted by Colombian Youth NZ with visitor guidance, monitoring and general event support. - Ongoing monitoring of the event site to identify and respond to hazards or safety concerns promptly.
All event activities will be managed with the safety and wellbeing of our community as a priority.
