The Jackson Street Quest!

Go on a Quest (scavenger hunt) along Jackson Street, exploring our history, searching for clues about the area’s shops, industries, sport, and the people who helped build the community. Especially designed with our younger citizens in mind, however, those young at heart are welcome to go on the quest too! As each clue is solved, you discover how Jackson Street grew to become the heart of the lively historic neighbourhood it is today. • Download the sheet of quest clues: www.jacksonstreet.co.nz • OR pick up a sheet from the Historic Police Station (Mon-Thurs, 9am-1pm) • OR pick up a sheet from Bin Inn Petone, 211 Jackson Street (open 7 days per week) • Start from the Historic Police Station, 274B Jackson Street • Bring a pen • The Quest can be done anytime of the day •Takes approx. 45 minutes For those 4-9yrs & 10yrs + : When you have completed the Quest, return your sheet (with your contact details) to the black entry box by the front door of the Historic Police Station to go into a draw to win prizes!
