Join local cheesemaker Judy Rayner for a hands-on demonstration of traditional home cheesemaking. Learn how everyday ingredients were transformed into fresh cheese using time-honoured methods, hear about the history of this domestic skill, and take home your own handmade cheese.

Allow 3 to 4 hours for the cheesemaking process.
