A waterfront guided walk by Michael Szabo, author of ‘Wild Wellington Ngā Taonga Taiao: A guide to the wildlife and wild places of Te Upoko-o-te-Ika’.
Experience the Wellington waterfront with wildlife expert Michael Szabo, who will highlight the nature encounters you can expect at this time of year. The hour-long walk will start at 11am from the Len Lye Water Whirler sculpture near Frank Kitts Park and end at Te Papa’s Bush City.
In the event of bad weather, a presentation covering the stops will take place at Te Papa, and registered attendees will be notified in advance. Meet 15 minutes prior.
